Where grads thrive
Where a real difference is made
Where speechies occasionally ask, "Wow, did I really just do that? (Spoiler: Yes, you did!)"
We're a national therapy provider helping NDIS participants of all ages "get more out of life today!" Our goal - To be the best Allied Health provider in the country.
Our teams are supportive, our culture is fun and empowering, our supervision is actually weekly, and our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program is here to help you be the kind of speech pathologist you always knew you could be.
Speechies love working with us because we combine structure + flexibility, support + independence, professionalism and fun.
You will learn a whole lot, not just clinical skills but business skills, people skills and all the intangible things that can take you from good to great. You will make mistakes, learn and grow, be challenged, succeed in ways that matter, forge great relationships, have lots of fun, transform lives and learn from experts in the field.
A support system that never leaves you feeling alone, especially while you're learning.
We know how much there is to experience and we are here for you.
Our fast-growing team of more than 4,000 people around Australia represent a huge array of life experiences, skills and ways of thinking. We value all these differences.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, proudly welcoming people with disability including mental health conditions, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, people from the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, carers and Indigenous Australians to our team.
We are happy to adjust our recruitment process to support accessibility needs.
