Job summary

Physio Inq is hiring a Speech Pathologist for Brisbane as a new graduate. The role offers full-time permanent placement with comprehensive onboarding and strong supervision to develop independence in community practice.

You will start with guided client exposure, shadowing senior clinicians, and a clear progression plan over the first 4–6 months, with balanced KPIs and admin support to support learning and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• New graduate with a accredited Bachelor of Speech Pathology.
• Willingness to learn and be supervised.
• Interest in community practice and NDIS.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services to clients under supervision.
• Participate in structured onboarding and orientation.
• Shadow senior clinicians and gradually take on clients.
• Collaborate with MDT and admin teams.
