Job summary

ORS Group is seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our national NDIS division. You will support participants aged 0–65 across homes, schools, centres and telehealth, delivering evidence-based speech, swallowing and AAC interventions.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, build lasting client relationships, and enjoy flexible work options, including potential part-time hours and commute considerations. ORS emphasises growth and client-centred care.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is required.
  • SPA registration or eligibility.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.

Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Team

ORS is seeking a passionate and motivated Speech Pathologist to join our growing NDIS division. This is an opportunity to work within a national team of over 60 Speech Pathologists, delivering high-quality, client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across a variety of settings.


About The Role

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS, you will work with a diverse caseload, supporting clients with a broad range of communication and swallowing needs. You will build meaningful, long-term relationships with participants and play a key role in supporting their development and achieving their goals.


Your Responsibilities Will Include


  • Conducting communication assessments

  • Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments

  • Developing and implementing mealtime management plans

  • Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations

  • Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions


You will provide services across multiple environments including homes, schools, early learning centres, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices.

About You


  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology

  • SPA registration (or eligibility)
