Job summary

ORS Group is a leading national allied health provider delivering speech therapy services across early intervention, schools, communities and homes. As a new graduate Speech Pathologist you will join a nationwide team of 60+ clinicians, with supervision and structured development in a supportive environment.

You will assess, plan and deliver tailored therapy across 0–65 year olds in diverse settings, including telehealth, schools and homes, with flexible options to work from home and a 9-day

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Driver's licence and access to a car.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

About the Role:

As a Speech Pathologist at ORS Group, you will be part of a national team of 60+ Speech Pathologists providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types providing assessments, therapy, and support, tailored to individual needs. You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS offices. You will join our national multidisciplinary new graduate program and receive supervision and support from an experienced speech pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills while making a real difference in the lives of those you work with.
