Job summary

MyHealth Solutions is expanding its Speech Pathology service to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across Darwin and the Northern Territory. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and deliver therapy in clinic, home, school and community settings, educating families and carers to support goals.

This full-time role offers relocation assistance, visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, a competitive salary plus superannuation, and structured induction with supervision

Qualifications

• Qualification in Speech Pathology required.
• Eligibility for CPSP status with Speech Pathology Australia is preferred.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language and communication assessments
• Develop and deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy plans
• Prepare high-quality clinical reports and NDIS documentation
• Assess and support Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) where appropriate
• Provide services across clinic, home, school and community settings
• Educate and support families, carers and other stakeholders
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for participants
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives

• A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology

• Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia

• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills

• A passion for supporting people with communication needs to achieve their goals

• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• A current Australian Driver Licence (or ability to obtain one)

• Eligibility for NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Clearance and a National Police Check
