Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a soon-to-graduate Speech Pathologist to join a national therapy team that supports NDIS participants across Australia. You’ll enter a structured 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program with weekly supervision and mentorship, designed to help you grow clinically and professionally.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in community, school and clinic settings, while developing business and people skills, and contributing to meaningful client outcomes every day.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be graduating Speech Pathologist with SPA registration eligible.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Motivated to join a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting participants in the community, school or clinic.
• Completing assessments, writing reports and supporting participants with therapy.
