Optimum Health Solutions is recruiting an Allied Health Assistant with scope to transition into a New Grad position in 2026. With 13 clinics across NSW and Tasmania and a team of over 200 professionals, we deliver 20 years of exceptional, multidisciplinary care.

In this role, you’ll work in a strong NDIS and disability focus, handling a diverse caseload, and collaborating with other allied health professionals and GPs.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and diagnosis of communication disorders
• Design, trial and implementation of low and high tech communication devices
• Develop, implement, monitor and review treatment plans
• Assessment and management of swallowing difficulties
• Coordinating with other allied health professionals and GP’s
• Provide education to clients, families, the community and other practitioners/ staff
