Job summary

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is recruiting Speech Pathologists to join a supportive, collaborative team across multiple clinics in NSW. You will manage a caseload, use assessments to set therapy goals, and deliver evidence-based interventions that enhance quality of life for clients.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and ensure NDIS compliance while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
