Real Therapy Solutions is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our supportive disability-focused team. You will manage a caseload, deliver therapy services, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in our clinics across NSW.

We value patient-centred, ethical care, ongoing PD, flexible work options, and a salary that rewards your expertise. Driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Speech Pathology degree.
• Driver’s license + registered car.
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely, impactful way.
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life.
• Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements.
