Ability Action Australia invites recent graduates to join its 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists. You’ll work across community, school or clinic settings with weekly supervision and mentoring to help you grow clinically and professionally.

The program offers a guaranteed salary of 86,800 AUD, travel reimbursement, a 1,500 AUD CPD allowance, and additional incentives. It’s a supportive environment where grads thrive and make a real difference.

• Experience or interest in community, school or clinic settings preferred.
• Willingness to learn business and people skills in addition to clinical work.
