Job summary

Gorilla Jobs in Blacktown, NSW, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a growing NDIS provider delivering person-centred supports across Sydney. The role is predominantly mobile with flexible work-from-home options and the ability to manage your own diary.

You will work with clients aged 6–65, enjoy autonomy and collaboration with a large multidisciplinary team, with opportunities to supervise junior clinicians and contribute to service development while maintaining work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• SPA membership or eligibility.
• Experience with NDIS participants desirable.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants across Sydney, ages 6–65.
• Autonomously manage caseload with flexibility for mobile visits and WFH days.
• Contribute to service development within a multidisciplinary team.
