Ability Action Australia is seeking a Senior Speech Pathologist to join our Western Sydney team, covering Blacktown and surrounding suburbs with a varied community-based caseload. You will deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes supervision of graduates and career development within a supportive, flexible environment that values accessibility and diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector.
• Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes.
• Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience.
