Job summary

ORS Group in Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our NDIS division, delivering client-centred services to participants aged 0–65 across homes, schools, early learning centres, community sites, telehealth and ORS offices.

You will assess communication and swallowing needs, deliver evidence-based therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support outcomes and development. Flexible hours and hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Speech Pathology.
• SPA registration or eligibility required.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conducting communication assessments.
• Completing swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments.
• Developing and implementing mealtime management plans.
• Undertaking AAC assessments and recommendations.
• Delivering ongoing therapy and evidence-based interventions.
