Job summary

Steps2Life is seeking a Speech Therapist (Speech Pathologist) to deliver person-centred speech, language and communication services across clinic, home, school and community settings.

You will conduct assessments, develop and deliver goal-focused therapy, and collaborate with clients, families and schools. A supportive multidisciplinary team provides regular supervision, mentoring and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
• 2–5 years of experience; new graduates welcome with mentoring.
• Flexible working arrangements and manageable caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Complete person-centred speech, language and communication assessments.
• Develop and deliver goal-focused therapy.
• Prepare reports.
• Partner with clients, families, schools and other clinicians.
