Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology is required.
• SPA Registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights (or pending).
• Minimum 1+ years experience in community, private or acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned with your interests across community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Flexible appointment scheduling, with option to work from home and Geelong office attendance.
• Receive regular supervision and professional development with strong work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality community care.
• Utilise clinical skills to empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
