Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking Speech Pathologists to join their growing multidisciplinary team on the Gold Coast. This permanent role offers flexible full-time, part-time or contractor arrangements within a community-based NDIS setting.

You will deliver high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support across a diverse caseload, from infants to seniors, with a ramp-up program and ongoing professional development to support your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred.
• Current Australian working rights and driver’s licence required.
• Interest or experience in NDIS/community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s goals.
• Gradually ramp up caseload with a structured program.
• Work within a community-based NDIS setting with a multidisciplinary team.
