Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust in Parramatta is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team on a contractor basis. The role offers flexibility across in-clinic, community and telehealth settings with salary up to $100k per year plus CPD and Travel Allowances.

You will assess and treat a range of communication disorders, conduct standardized assessments (CELF-5, PLS-5, DEAP), and support NDIS participants. Australian work rights and an active ABN are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Full unrestricted Australian working rights required.
• Active ABN required.
• SPA membership preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills crucial.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech therapy services across clinic, community, and telehealth.
• Conduct standardized assessments (CELF-5, PLS-5, DEAP).
• NDIS participant support to achieve individual goals.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and maintain documentation.

The company providesin-clinic service, mobile home visits as well as telehealth service. Having over 20 therapist and 4 in-clinic locations, theyreally have Sydney wide covered. About the Role: Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Parramatta on a contractor basis.

You will provide high-quality speech therapy services to individuals with a range of communication disorders, including:

• Speech difficulties: Articulation disorders, fluency disorders, voice disorders
• Language delays: Developmental delays, language comprehension, expressive language
• Pediatric and Adult Speech Therapy: Addressing communication challenges across the lifespan
• Speech and Language Assessments: Utilizing standardized assessments like CELF-5, PLS-5, DEAP, and more.
• NDIS Support: Providing services to NDIS participants with a focus on achieving individual goals.
