About the role: Our client is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join their Cranbourne center on a contractor basis. Flexible hours are available, including evening and weekend sessions for those who prefer them.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of speech, language, and communication skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct therapy, including speech articulation, voice, fluency, language development, and social skills training
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including traditional therapy, AAC, and technology-assisted interventions
• Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

Essential criteria

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech Pathology
• Current or eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Active ABN
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
