4 Healthcare Recruitment is partnering with an established paediatric Speech Pathology provider delivering mobile speech and language therapy across Sydney.

You will provide mobile assessment and intervention to children with a range of communication needs. Presentations may include speech and language difficulties, literacy, stuttering, social communication and developmental communication needs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (or eligible).
• Current Working With Children Check.
• Police and NDIS Worker Screening checks where required.
• Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Australian working rights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing an independent paediatric contractor caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide mobile assessment and intervention to children with communication needs.
• Work in homes and community settings to address therapy goals.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers and other professionals while maintaining caseload autonomy.

4 Healthcare Recruitment is proud to be partnering with an established paediatric Speech Pathology provider delivering mobile speech and language therapy across Sydney.

The organisation takes a family-centred approach, supporting children in their homes and community environments. Therapy is individualised to each child’s needs, with a strong focus on communication, participation and meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

About the Role

An opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist to join the organisation on a contractor basis, with rates of up to $140 per hour depending on experience.

Current opportunities are available across The Hills, Western Sydney, Parramatta, Ryde and Inner West Sydney, allowing you to focus your caseload around the areas that suit you best.

You will provide mobile assessment and intervention to children with a range of communication needs. Presentations may include speech and language difficulties, literacy, stuttering, social communication and developmental communication needs.

Working in homes and community settings allows therapy goals to be addressed within the environments that matter most to each child and family. You will work collaboratively with parents, caregivers and other professionals while maintaining a high level of autonomy over your contractor caseload.
