Job summary

Team Rehab Solutions in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to deliver community-based care across Brisbane - Moreton Bay Region. The role is full-time and involves assessment, intervention and review for clients across NDIS, aged care and DVA programs.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team and deliver services in homes, clinics and community settings, with mentorship, CPD allowances and flexible work-life balance offered.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
• Current membership or eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia.
• Police Check, First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Covid and Flu vaccine.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills.
• A positive, proactive and client-focused approach and collaborative care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across NDIS, Home Care Packages, Aged Care, DVA and other programs.
• Support clients with communication challenges, swallowing and feeding difficulties.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and other professionals.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to provide therapy and support in a community-based setting, this is a full time permanent position.

In this role, you will:

• Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review services for children and adults across the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Home Care Packages, Aged Care, Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), and other programs.
• Support clients with:
• Communication challenges
• Swallowing and feeding difficulties
• And more ++
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Dieticians and more+
• Deliver services in homes, clinic and community settings
