Job summary

Central Australian Aboriginal Congress is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support Aboriginal children aged 0–12 and families, enhancing mental health outcomes through assessment, therapy, and family support. Eligibility includes a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent, eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and community.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills with proactive, adaptable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology services to Aboriginal children aged 0–12 and their families.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to assess and manage mental health concerns.
• Engage with remote communities to deliver evidence-informed services.
