Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team as a contractor, offering both clinic-based and community-based opportunities in Shepparton.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans for speech and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with clients, families, and other health professionals. Requirements include a degree in Speech Pathology, current registration with Speech Pathology Australia, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited university.
• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Demonstrated experience in providing speech pathology services in a variety of settings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech and swallowing disorders.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to support clients in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
• Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in professional development activities and keep up-to-date with current best practices and research in the field of speech pathology.
