Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a clinic/community role in Tamworth, NSW. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with travel to clients' homes and local businesses.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties, within a multidisciplinary team. A two-week onboarding and CPD support are provided, with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Current SPA membership required.
• Current driver's license and own vehicle essential.
• Knowledge of functional communication and swallowing assessments.
• NDIS experience preferable but not essential.
• A passion for helping clients reach full potential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders across ages.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Travel to clients' homes and local businesses around Tamworth.
• Balance clinic and community visits with a typical day of four to six patients.
• Participate in onboarding and training with the practice manager.
• Utilize practice software and systems for notes and admin.
