GV Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join the Ambulatory Aged Care (AACP) programs. The role provides comprehensive speech pathology services to community-based patients requiring ongoing therapy, delivering client-centred, efficient and standards-based care.

The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, planning and coordinating high-quality programs for individuals and groups, and contribute to GV Health's reputation as a leading regional health service provider.

About the role:

The Speech Pathologist in the Ambulatory Aged Care (AACP) programs provides comprehensive speech pathology services to patients requiring ongoing therapy in the community. Speech Pathology services are client focused, efficient and effective and meet established standards of excellence.

The Speech Pathologist will function as a member of the multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the planning and implementation of high-quality speech pathology services for AACP clients. The speech pathologist is responsible for the planning, implementation and coordination of specific Speech Pathology programs for both individuals and groups of patients. This position amongst others is responsible for promoting GV Health as a quality regional health service provider.
