Eastern Health in Melbourne seeks a Senior Speech Pathologist to join the Lilydale Community Team within the Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health Service. You will deliver specialist assessment, consultation, and intervention for young people, partnering with families to improve communication and participation.
The role is permanent part-time (15.2 hours/week) in a collaborative MDT, with opportunities for professional development and clinical supervision in a supportive environment.

The Infant, Child and Youth Mental Health Service (ICYMHS) Community Teams are multidisciplinary teams delivering specialist mental health assessment and therapeutic interventions to young people aged 4 to 25 years experiencing a range of mental health concerns, significant distress, and psychosocial challenges.
As part of the Lilydale Community Team, you will work within a collaborative, recovery-oriented service that partners closely with young people, their families, supporters, and broader care systems to provide holistic and evidence-based mental health care.
In this Senior Speech Pathologist role, you will provide specialist speech pathology assessment, consultation, and intervention for young people receiving care through the team. You will collaborate with young people, their families, and key stakeholders to develop recommendations and support positive therapeutic outcomes that enhance communication, participation, and overall wellbeing.
