Job summary

Alpha Abilities Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric therapy team across Sydney. We provide dedicated admin, scheduling and billing support, along with structured supervision and protected non-clinical time to focus on quality therapy for children and families.

Base salary from $85,000 to $100,000 AUD (experience dependent) with superannuation, a company vehicle for work/personal use, and a professional development budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations within your designated territory.
• Valid working with children check.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions to children with a range of communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support meaningful outcomes for children and their families.
• Provide therapy across a variety of community settings including homes, schools and childcare environments.
• Collaborate with families, educators and members of our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic support.
• Monitor participant progress and adapt intervention strategies to maximise outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation, reports and progress notes in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through professional development, supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What you’ll need to succeed -
