people with a disability; and people who have mental health support needs, their families, and the organisations and government departments that support them. This includes:

Sal Consulting is a leader in the field of neurodevelopment, attachment and a trauma-informed (NATI ©) practice, an accredited provider of Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) through the Child Trauma Academy in the USA,

an accredited NDIS Provider, and a Registered Training Organisation.
Our work includes working with a diverse population, including providing support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families.

SAL Consulting is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in NSW, based in Sydney.

This is more than a clinical role. Alongside a diverse and rewarding caseload, you'll contribute tomultidisciplinary practice and work with individuals, families and service systems to create meaningful and lasting change.

From communication and language interventions to complex disability, autism, dysphagia, trauma-informed practice, early intervention and forensic work, Speech Pathologists at SAL have opportunities to work across an unusually broad range of practice areas while being supported to develop their own areas of interest.
