Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Sydney. This permanent full-time role offers a diverse caseload across disability, education, and health settings, with opportunities to work at both individual and systems levels.

You’ll deliver speech‑language pathology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings, participate in collaborative practice, and contribute to professional development and trauma‑informed care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.
• Experience in at least one relevant funding environment (e.g., NDIS, education, health).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation to individuals with diverse and complex needs.
• Support individuals, families and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and coach developing practitioners.
• Contribute to discipline growth, clinical innovation and service development.

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team to help create meaningful change in people's lives.

SAL Consulting is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in NSW, based in Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll combine direct clinical work with assessment, intervention, consultation and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Your Work Will Include

Essential Experience

• Experience working within at least one relevant funding environment (e.g. NDIS, education, child protection, health, justice or related sectors)

Highly Regarded

• Experience in working with people with intellectual disability, trauma histories and complex support needs
• Experience in areas such as functional capacity assessments, sensory profiling, cognitive assessments, home and living assessments, equipment prescription and home modifications
• Experience working collaboratively with families, support networks and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes in everyday environments
