Healthscope's Lady Davidson Private Hospital in North Turramurra is seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health team on a fixed-term (3 months) or casual basis with flexible hours, including school-friendly options.

Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team and deliver a varied clinical caseload while upholding high professional standards and pursuing ongoing development within our Community of Care.

Qualifications

• A degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Previous community and/or hospital experience preferred.

About the role:

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our experienced and highly skilled team either on a fixed term or casual basis.

The successful applicant will need to be a team player and be flexible in their approach to meeting the challenges of a busy and exciting service and will have the opportunity to experience a varied clinical caseload.

About us

Lady Davidson Private Hospital, based in North Turramurra, is one of the largest private dedicated rehabilitation hospitals in Australia. With 115 inpatient rehabilitation beds, the hospital has been designed to promote rehabilitation through our inpatient programs.

The hospital has a large day therapy department providing multidisciplinary specialized rehabilitation across various case-mixes including orthopaedics, oncology, neurology, cardiac, general medical and reconditioning.

Selection Criteria:

A degree in Speech Pathology

Previous community and/or hospital experience

Eligibility for membership to Speech Pathology Australia

Exceptional time management and communication skills

Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
