Job summary

Castle Hill Speech and Occupational Therapy – Bella Vista NSW is seeking therapists to join a true multidisciplinary team. We welcome both new grads and experienced therapists to apply, with training, weekly supervision and support.

The role offers flexible work hours, a 4-day work week, and a supportive environment. Salary is above the award, with a generous package of $85,000–$110,000+super+bonus, reflecting experience and commitment to quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy and, where appropriate, integrated services with other therapists.
• Plan, run and evaluate group sessions with the multidisciplinary team (speech, occupational, music, behaviour).
• Work with diverse communication disorders including ASD and language delays; assess and monitor progress.
• Prepare accurate reports to support future planning and recommendations.
• Liaise with schools, preschools and other professionals as appropriate.
• Benefit from mentoring, supervision and ongoing professional development.

Castle Hill and Occupational Services is an established practice in the Hills district. We provide services for children with a variety of communication disorders and also feeding issues.

We are so lucky to work in a true multidisciplinary team speech/occupational/behaviour therapists. Its a work situation that provides the most effective and integrated service, as we work collaboratively

We are looking for therapists to work with us on a full-time basis.Both new grads and experienced therapists are welcome to apply, as we primarily concerned about the right person not level of experience. Qualifications & experience

Tasks & responsibilities

Providing one on one services ,as well as providing combined service delivery as is appropriate, eg, with one of our occupational therapist.

Planning, assisting in running and evaluation of groups with our multidisciplinary team ,e.g. readiness for school groups.

Working in a multidisciplinary team comprising of speech, occupational ,music and behaviour therapists.

Working with a range of communication disorders including ASD ,developmental delays, language delays ,fluency disorders.

Providing initial assessments and evaluating progress regularly using appropriate measures.

Preparing accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendations.

Liason with schools,preschools and other professionals as is appropriate.
