Job summary

Kairos Speech Therapy and Learning in Ryde NSW is seeking a part-time Speech Pathologist to join our small, supportive team. The role includes both in-clinic and mobile sessions, with 3 or 4 days per week and flexible hours for school terms.

We value clinician wellbeing, weekly supervision, and ongoing professional development with a generous budget. You should hold a Bachelor or Master’s in Speech Pathology, be an SPA member, and have a current driver’s licence with willingness to travel for

Responsibilities

• Provide both in-clinic and mobile services.
• Administer assessments and therapy sessions with clients and their families/carers.
• Administer group therapy (social skills groups, language groups, School-readiness groups, literacy groups, social pairings).
• Complete all documentation within an appropriate time frame (reports, progress notes, other documentation).
• Liaise with other professionals (teachers, educators, doctors, allied health professionals).

Kairos Speech Therapy and Learning – Ryde NSW

Are you a speech pathologist feeling burnt out? Maybe it's your caseload or your work environment.

Lois (the Director) is proud of building a team that loves what they do and builds each other up. We are a small team of speech pathologists and occupational therapists who prioritise thriving as clinicians (and personally).

We're a clinic in North Ryde that provides speech therapy, occupational therapy and counselling. Our clinic is growing and we are looking for a fun, passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join us. This is a 3 or 4 day part-time position. Our clinic is open from Mondays to Saturdays. We can be flexible for the right person (if you can only work during school hours or need shorter days, (returning from maternity leave etc).

The Speech Pathologist role requires you to:
