Job summary

Ability Action Australia is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Wollongong region, with the role offering work close to home and flexible hours. You will manage a varied caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

You will conduct observations, assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy addressing feeding, language, dysphagia and AAC, with weekly supervision and dedicated

As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to support participants across the Wollongong region, depending on where you’re based - work close to home!

In this role you will:

• Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings
• Work with individuals across the lifespan, including early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents and adults
• Support a range of needs such as feeding, early language, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC
