Job summary

Mediix in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join a stable clinic with a full referral pipeline, admin and billing support, and a team of allied health professionals who collaborate closely.

Caseload can be paediatric, adult or a mix, with 0.6 to 1.0 FTE and a path toward a niche in paediatric feeding, voice, AAC, or literacy. New grads are welcomed and mentored, with SPA eligibility or certification and VIC licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
• Speech Pathology Australia CPSP eligible or certified.
• Genuine interest in working with children and families.
• New graduates with strong paediatric placements welcomed.
• Confident with family coaching and parent-mediated approaches.
• Strong clinical documentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech pathology assessments and evidence-based therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

A well-established multidisciplinary clinic in Melbourne's northern suburbs is looking for a Speech Pathologist to join their team. They're not the biggest practice in Melbourne, and they're not trying to be. What they are is stable, well-run, and genuinely good at looking after their clinicians — which is why people tend to stay.

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology


• Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) eligible or certified

• Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
