Job summary

Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust's Speech and Language Therapy service in Ipswich and East Suffolk is seeking a newly or recently qualified SLT to support our service over the winter period.

You may be asked to work flexibly across community and inpatient teams to support where the service requires extra help, with opportunities to develop dysphagia competencies and participate in CPD sessions.

Qualifications

• Newly or recently qualified Speech and Language Therapist
• Interest in developing dysphagia competencies
• Willingness to work flexibly across community and inpatient teams

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, therapy and management of communication and swallowing disorders for a mixed caseload.
• May work across hospital and community settings as required.
• Support service development and CPD activities for staff and patients
