The role focuses on adults with complex dysphagia and communication disorders in a general ICU, with leadership duties and involvement in education and quality improvement.

The successful candidate will have expertise in dysphagia assessment, instrumental swallowing assessment, and tracheostomy management

Qualifikationen

• Experience in assessment and management of adults with complex dysphagia and communication disorders.
• Experience in instrumental swallowing assessment and tracheostomy management desirable.
• Evidence-based practice and ability to supervise and educate students and staff.

• Assess and manage adults with highly complex dysphagia and communication disorders in ICU.
• Provide advanced clinical reasoning and management recommendations.
• Support education, training, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
