Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant Practitioner in the community team in East Suffolk. The role supports the SLT service across home visits, care homes, clinics and inpatient wards.

You will assist with assessments, deliver therapy plans and lead groups, with a focus on patients with communication and swallowing difficulties. A vital role supporting families and carers.
