Job summary

Margaret + Moore cafe at Perth Children's Hospital in Nedlands is seeking an experienced Barista/Counterhand who loves specialty coffee and high-quality service. You will handle espresso and batch brew recipes, showcase latte art, and deliver friendly, efficient customer interactions in a busy hospital cafe setting.

We roast our own coffee and offer in-house made fresh foods, with a focus on ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

Availaiblity to work Monday–Sunday.
Passionate about specialty coffee with espresso and batch brew.
Warm and welcoming to customers.
Experience in fast-paced environments.
Reliable and dependable.

Responsibilities

Quality control on espresso equipment including La Marzocco PB ABR, Mythos grinders, Moccamaster and EK43.
Prepare and serve espresso drinks and batch brews.
Assist customers at the counter and maintain a clean, organized area.
Support food prep and amenity items as needed while ensuring safety and hygiene.
