Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Specialty Care Representative for Victoria North (CBD) and Canberra. This full-time, permanent role focuses on Allergy and Respiratory, Cardiology and Gastroenterology across the Australian market.

You will educate prescribers and allied health professionals, perform regular sales calls, and build strong relationships with key accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science or Nursing preferred.
• Proven sales success track record.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Allergy/Respiratory, Cardiology and Gastroenterology specialists and allied health.
• Educate and support prescribers and AHPs on Viatris products relevant to them.
• Conduct regular territory sales calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, AHPs, and accounts.
• Identify and optimize opportunities with each account.
• Achieve reach/frequency and business development targets.
• Deliver budgeted revenue and maintain Veeva CRM accurately.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Engaging with Allergy and Respiratory, Cardiology and Gastroenterology, specialties and allied health.
• Ensure our prescribers and AHPs are educated, informed, and supported on the Viatris products pertinent to them.
• Undertake regular sales calls in accordance with the territory stipulated above
• Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, prescribers, AHPs, and individual accounts.
• Optimize opportunities with each account.
• Be able to deliver on both reach and frequency call goals and business development activities.
• Deliver budgeted revenue from sales.
• Accurate maintenance of all aspects of Veeva CRM.

Qualifications for this role include:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree – Pharmacy, Science, Nursing preferred.
• Strong track record of sales success.
• High performing GP representatives with minimum 5 years' experience and specialty care sales in their development plans.
• Experience in Allergy and Respiratory, Cardiology and Gastroenterology, is favorable.
• Must have experience in the Australian Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must comfortable with, and be able to effectively persuade, negotiate and influence.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia (Australian Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
