Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy (essential).
• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience with adults in voice, communication and/or related specialist services.
• Sound clinical reasoning and person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred voice therapy to TNBI individuals with diverse needs.
• Manage your own specialist caseload with supervision from senior clinicians.
• Deliver assessments, therapy programmes and outcome measurement.
• Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team contributing to holistic care.
• Participate in service development, audit and learning opportunities within a growing service.
• Develop specialist knowledge in gender-affirming practice through ongoing supervision and CPD.
