• Participate in service development, audit and learning opportunities within a growing service.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred voice therapy to TNBI individuals with a range of needs
• Manage your own specialist caseload with support and supervision from senior clinicians
• Deliver assessments, therapy programmes and outcome measurement
• Work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team contributing to holistic care
• Participate in service development, audit and learning opportunities within a growing service
• Develop specialist knowledge in gender-affirming practice through ongoing supervision and CPD

What Youll Bring

• Essential Degree qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist
• Experience working with adults in voice, communication and/or related specialist services
• Ability to demonstrate sound clinical reasoning and person-centred practice
• Excellent communication and team-working skills

• Desirable Experience or interest in gender affirming voice therapy voice disorders and/or voice disorders
• Experience facilitating groups
• Interest in service development, quality improvement or audit
• Experience working in inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming services
• Interest in singing, performance or character voice work (e.g. DnD)
