Sante Recruitment seeks a Specialist Gastroenterologist to join a progressive regional health service on Victoria’s Great South Coast. This salaried position offers scope across inpatient, outpatient and procedural settings with opportunities to contribute to service development.

You will lead endoscopy services and participate in teaching and quality initiatives within a supportive multidisciplinary team, in a coastal regional environment.

Qualifications

FRACP fellowship or equivalent with advanced training in gastroenterology.
Specialist Registration with AHPRA or eligibility.
Extensive experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy.
Commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary team skills.
Experience teaching and supervising junior medical staff.

Responsibilities

Outpatient gastroenterology clinics.

Essential Requirements Applicants Must Possess

Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with advanced training in Gastroenterology, or equivalent specialist qualification
Specialist Registration, or eligibility for Specialist Registration, with AHPRA
Extensive experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy
Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence and quality improvement
Strong communication and multidisciplinary team skills
Experience teaching and supervising junior medical staff
