Sante Recruitment is partnering with a well-established regional referral hospital in southwest Victoria to recruit a Consultant Medical Oncologist, supporting a growing cancer service.

This role offers inpatient and outpatient oncology care, leadership in systemic therapy, and a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment aimed at expanding regional cancer services and delivering high-quality patient care across the full journey.

Qualifications

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with Advanced Training in Medical Oncology
  • Specialist Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility)
  • Recent experience at Consultant/Specialist level in Medical Oncology

Responsibilities

  • Provide inpatient and outpatient oncology care
  • Lead and contribute to systemic therapy planning and delivery
  • Participate in multidisciplinary cancer care and tumour stream meetings
  • Collaborate with surgical, medical and radiation oncology teams
  • Contribute to development and expansion of regional oncology services
