Job summary

HammondCare North Turramurra is seeking casual Specialised Carers for Dementia Care to join our team. You will provide tailored personal care and life engagement in a residential setting, supporting residents with dementia and responding to changes in their condition.

All new staff complete onsite orientation with a Workplace Trainer, buddy shifts, and ongoing support from Registered Nurses and site managers.

Qualifications

• Carers provide personal care including showering, grooming and toileting.
• Experience or knowledge of dementia care and resident engagement.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to shift patterns including nights and weekends.
