Qualifications

• Approval to teach special education and/or experience delivering high-quality educational programs for students with autism, intellectual disability, emotional disturbance, trauma and complex needs in a Special Education setting.
• Highly developed communication and collaboration skills with families, carers, staff and external agencies to support inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate capacity to develop Individual Education Plans and Personalised Learning and Support Plans for students with disabilities.
• Plan, implement and evaluate differentiated learning experiences using data, explicit teaching and evidence-informed practice to maximise engagement and learning growth.
