Qualifications

• A relevant teaching qualification.
• Full or provisional QCT registration.
• Australian working rights or a valid visa.
• Blue Card exemption.
• Current Queensland driver licence.
• Strong interpersonal and the ability to work collaboratively with families, early childhood services and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement child-centred learning and transition plans for 0–5 children with disability or developmental delay.
• Deliver evidence-based teaching and supports aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland guidelines.
• Build relationships with centres, families, NDIs and community agencies, and health professionals.
• Support smooth transitions into Prep year and ongoing schooling.
• Maintain documentation to support policy compliance and service delivery.
• Manage priorities and timelines to meet reporting requirements and outcomes.
