Eastern Goldfields Education Support Centre (EGESC) in Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a passionate primary school educator to lead engaging programs for students with disabilities, including ASD with high needs. You will foster strong relationships with students, families and staff, and guide Education Assistants to deliver personalised learning plans.

Qualificações

• Hold an eligible teaching qualification and registration with the WA Department of Education.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with WA curricula.
• Experience delivering learning programs for students with disabilities and diverse needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, engaging learning programs focused on functional literacy, numeracy, communication and independence.
• Collaborate with Education Assistants and staff to implement IEPs and use student data to inform planning.
• Lead professional learning and contribute to a supportive, team-based school culture.
