Special Counsel - Property Law

Our client is one of Australia's largest and vastly growing law firm with a leading reputation.They prioritise personal growth and career objectives, while connecting you with highly skilled and motivated professionals. Their Sydney office is now looking for a Senior Associate / Special Counsel level lawyer to work in their Property team.

About the role

We are actively seeking an Special Counsel with expertise in Property law to join a well regarded Sydney specialist team.

This rewarding role offers exceptional career opportunity for advancement and growth, working alongside professionals who share similar goals in a collaborative team environment.

About you

You will have 5+ years PAE experience in property practice with experience across flat land developments, general commercial property, and leasing.

In addition, you will have:

• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Well-developed interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
• A commercially minded approach to legal matters and a strong commitment to collaborative team work
• A genuine interest in mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
