Gilchrist Connell in Perth seeks a Special Counsel (full time or part time) with at least seven years of post‑admission experience in personal injury litigation to lead CTP matters. You will assess claims, negotiate at pre‑trial conferences, and work closely with principals and a skilled team in a dynamic, supportive culture.
You will contribute to complex and large loss matters, while opportunities to broaden experience in other areas of practice are available.

Our team values expertise, collaboration and initiative. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced principals and lawyers while managing your own matters and contributing to a supportive, high performing culture.
We are a flexible, approachable and skilled team with deep expertise in the CTP area. Our practice handles a broad range of litigated and non-litigated matters, from straight forward quantum claims through to complex and large loss matters involving catastrophic injuries, dependency claims and liability disputes.
While your primary focus will be CTP, there will be opportunities to gain experience in other areas.
