Job summary

Southern Launch in Adelaide is seeking Infrastructure Project Managers to lead civil, structural, building, and utilities projects supporting its spaceport facilities. Reporting to the GM – Infrastructure, you will drive scope, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover with engineering teams and contractors to meet safety and performance objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in project management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience managing infrastructure, construction or multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Strong scheduling, budgeting, risk management and change control capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of civil, structural, building and utilities infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and milestones.
Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors and suppliers for timely delivery.
Manage procurement activities, tenders, contracts and supplier performance.
Monitor progress against schedule, cost and quality, and implement corrective actions.
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities throughout delivery.
Coordinate commissioning, handover and as-built documentation.
