Job summary

Saab Australia is seeking a Space Domain Configuration Management Manager to provide technical leadership and ownership of configuration management across the Space Domain team, supporting a software-intensive SDA Mission System.

You will design and maintain CM plans, baseline management, change control, and deviation management, ensuring configuration across the AMS product line; collaborate with engineering stakeholders and government/defence partners; hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining Configuration Management (CM) plans, processes, and practices.
• Demonstrated CM principles application within a Product Line Engineering environment.
• Strong ability to independently manage priorities and drive CM improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of the CM Framework for the AMS product line.
• Drive CM planning, baseline management, change control, and deviation management across AMS.
• Establish, deploy, and improve AMS CM plans and processes aligned with Product Line Engineering.
